🐾 Returns

We want you (and your dog) to be completely satisfied with your order.

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and still frozen

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept returns on opened, thawed, or partially used products.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insulated packaging if returning frozen products.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food

  • Thawed or expired products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items (if marked as non-returnable)


💬 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@revivalrawdogfood.com. Include your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll make it right.


🧊 Subscription Refunds

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime before your next billing date. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
