  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Subscription orders follow the frequency selected during checkout.

  • We ship Monday–Wednesday to maintain product integrity and ensure frozen delivery.

  • All products are shipped frozen and require prompt refrigeration or freezing upon arrival.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages left unattended after delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and properly store the shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds
